Weather-Related Cancellations

We try to post weather-related cancellations one hour prior to an Immanuel scheduled event. The first source for information is our website at www.immanuel-church.org or you may watch TV (CBS-WWMT3, NBC-WOODTV8 or ABC-WZZMTV13) or listen to radio (89.3-WGNB, not staffed on weekends, 91.3-WCSG, 99.3-JQ99 or 1450-WHTC,AM) stations. When there are massive cancellations there may be a delay before information is broadcast. Please use your own discretion before going out into threatening or severe weather.

Worship Services

We have two Sunday morning services: The first service stars at 9:00am and the second service begins at 10:30am.

Two excellent daily devotionals are available from our friends at RBC Ministries:

"Our Daily Bread" is published to help you spend time in God's Word 24/7/365.

Service Recording

If you would like a CD copy (free) of a worship service at Immanuel, sign up at the sound booth on Sundays, located in the back of The Court, or by contacting the church office during the week. The CD will be placed in your church mailbox, unless otherwise specified on the sign up. For an immediate MP3 file, bring your own flash drive to the sound booth after the service.

What We're Talking About

A Christmas smage with a shining star.. The 5 Solas — This is our next Sunday morning series that starts this week, January 8. These five Latin phrases emerged during the Protestant Reformation as a summary of key theological beliefs. They can be viewed as five pillars for Christian life and practice. While the phrases themselves may not sound familiar, the truths they represent are still important to the way we think and live today. Join us in one of our two morning services: 9:00-10:10 and 10:30-11:40.
